Being overweight is a by product of poor lifestyle habits. My vision is to help as many people lose weight, get in shape and reclaim their health.
It’s horrible feeling conscious of what you wear, feeling tired, sluggish and having no confidence in your body.
I’ve been there myself, overweight from as far back as I can remember up until early adulthood. I’ve been there and worn the t-shirt.

I know everyone is capable of getting where they want to be, but we need accountability, structure and education to succeed.
My one to one coaching means you have someone holding your hand and supporting you through your journey every step of the way.
From a one hour per week workout dedicated completely to you, to always been a phone call or message away (and I don’t just say that as any of my clients will attest too!), to recipe guides, video education and much more. This plan will give you all the tools to succeed and do so on your terms.

What’s included?
1 x 60 minute fully bespoke workout face to face with me per week. Everything from the warm up to the main workout will be unique to you.
Diet and nutrition mastery. From video content, recipe guides and continual help and feedback from me outside of sessions, I will teach you everything you need to know lose weight, keep it off and live a healthy life.
A full workout schedule to follow outside of the sessions. You tell me the equipment you have available (gym or at home), how long you can realistically commit per week and the duration of the workouts and I’ll do the rest.
Access to any one of my semi private PT classes.
Full support outside of sessions. Every one of my clients will tell you I am always a message away for support. I enjoy people asking questions outside of sessions because I want to impart as much knowledge to you as possible.

Kathryn is a busy working mother trying to juggle everything at once (which I am sure many of you can attest too)!
Her weight had crept up from 65kgs to 78kgs as a few bad habits had crept in. Even though some people may feel she wasn’t overweight at this point, she knew if she didn’t do something about it, she would end up that way.
Her goal was to get back to 65kgs, (her happy weight when she was younger) but she was unsure whether it was achievable now. I assured her throughout that she could comfortably hit that goal.
She hit her goals with ease following my training and weight loss systems. She is testament that you can still get into peak shape in your 40’s, even after having children, without living in the gym (she trains 3-5 times per week) and working full time!

Holly simply wanted to get in shape before she went away on holiday. She was following an online coaching plan prior to training with me, but was absolutely hating the routines.
The problem with following home workouts is that they are very generic and are typically high intensity interval training style sessions.
Whilst I have nothing against that kind of training, it gets very difficult to sustain and it can become a real chore keeping it up.
In our semi private group training sessions, each person is given their own individual workout to follow based on what they are looking to achieve and their ability.
I have tried to teach her to train smarter, showing her she doesn't need to be beasting herself all of the time to get results.
She literally trains just three times per week in our group and has managed to lose 1 stone over the 8 week period.
You can see in 8 weeks there's a clear difference in not just her stomach but how much more muscle she has gained.
